The Residential is built strong around an AC motor that uses a screw drive instead of belts. Other standard features which are extra cost on other competitors units include, weather resistant controls, top and bottom limit switches, an automatic 16" folding ramp, and a non-skid platform with solid side walls. The platform is a solid style platform with safety plate and comes standard with a solid handrail and keyed controls.
